As well as our hotel and restaurant services we offer guided tours in Burgundy and Franche-Comté for groups. Ranging from 3 to 6 day programs these tours have been designed to enable the discovery of these two beautiful regions from very different perspectives.

Not only do these programs include half board accommodation at the Château de Nantilly but also outings to sites of natural and cultural importance as well as lunchtime meals and the opportunity of tasting regional produce… All accompanied by the Château's own multilingual guide who takes great joy in imparting her knowledge of this area.

"Along the Rivers" Program

Each day we take you on a short cruise allowing you to discover new horizons – the valley and waterfall of the Doubs river (most popular tourist site in Franche-Comté), the Saône and the Burgundy Canal. This program allies relaxation with the exploration of the main cities in the region (guided tours of Dijon, Besançon and Beaune).

"The Specialities of the Region" Program

This program will captivate those with a taste for the finest foods as well as answering the questions of the most inquisitive visitors: How do they make Comté cheese? Does the best mustard really come from Dijon? And does Absinthe really make those who drink it crazy? The tasting of numerous regional products is combined with the discovery of many magnificent sites of natural and cultural significance around Burgundy and Franche-Comté

"The Footsteps of Bacchus" Program

You don't have to be a wine enthusiast to enjoy this program. Even if you are just looking to discover new wines you will appreciate the opportunity to taste the wines of the "Côte de Nuit" or of the "Côte de Beaune" as well as the famous "Vin Jaune du Jura" (Jura's 'yellow' wine). Along with tasting the wines you will also learn about the cultivation of vines and vineyards and the processes involved in making the wine… All whilst discovering the fascinating history of these regions.
