The Head Chef - Olaf Riedel

After completing his apprenticeship in Germany – his home country – and his first employment as a Sous-Chef for Mr. Lothar Eiermann at Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe, Olaf Riedel came to France, the country of gastronomical delights.

He travelled around working at 'La Pyramide' for Patrick Henriroux, at 'Le Moulin de Lourmarin' for Edouard Loubet, at 'L'Espérance' for Marc Meneau and also at 'La Grande Cascade' in Paris.

A fan of fresh seasonal produce, aromatic herbs and edible flowers, Olaf Riedel has become a master of light, refined and above all, creative cuisine.
